Stay at Home Mum is the most trusted online market leader in engaging, high-quality content for Mums (and Dads), Australia-wide. Heck, even the folks in New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom love us! We listen to our Mama’s, and we sell them an idea, an easier way of doing things, an improvement to their lives, and provide stories and information by Real Mums, for Real Mums. We do this through our strong commitment to going above and beyond for our advertisers by weaving our client’s key messaging into easy-to-digest, relatable content to create something that speaks to our readers and influences their decision making in a positive way to make their lives better.
The Stay at Home Mum team all have vast IT knowledge (ie we are all a bit nerdy but in a good way) and we are a small team, but a nimble one. As a result, our turn-around time for campaigns far outweighs any of our competition. As your Promotional Partner, you will work one-on-one with a team that is truly committed to engaging, results-driven advertising.
We offer more than just page views… we offer REAL results and will work hard to achieve this. Every campaign is watched carefully for additional optimization strategies and exposure opportunities. And at the end of the campaign, we provide you with a report so you can see the exact numbers that engage with your brand.
See why Stay at Home Mum is the perfect partner for you!

The Stay at Home Mum Headquarters is located in Gympie in rural Queensland. We pride ourselves on giving our clients the very best of country service, with world-class knowledge of social media, advertising systems, and web knowledge.
Stay at Home Mum is run by three Directors, Jody Allen, Brendan Allen, and Nicole Millard. Together they started the Stay at Home Mum website way back in 2011. The Directors are supported by a team of highly-knowledgeable staff including a Journalists, a Videographer, a Graphic Artist and two Web Developers.
We didn’t just build this community, we are part of it which is why we are able to speak to our readers in a way that no one else can. We know what they want, what they desire, where they want to go. Whether it be products they love, easy recipes they want to make, the advice they need to hear or share, we know what they want and deliver it in a way that they can understand.
Communicating across multiple platforms including social, Stay at Home Mum reaches more Australian parents than any other site within the parenting industry* – that’s a fact. It’s also a fact that no one does content as we do, content that engages, informative, witty, and interests readers. And it’s through our content and other promotional opportunities that our readers get what they need, desire and want. Both information AND entertainment.
FUN FACT: We have over 11,000 articles on our website!

Jody Allen is the Founder, Face and Content Writer behind the Stay at Home Mum website. You will never meet a more dedicated, hardworking and genuine person. Since starting Stay at Home Mum in 2011, Jody has:
Jody is extremely down to earth and tells it how it is. She is seen as an equal, ‘By Mum’s for Mum’s’. She isn’t afraid to appear on her channel without makeup or looking less than polished. She is just like YOU, and that’s what makes her special and likable.
She likes to describe herself as a ‘Rockabilly Bogan Nerd’.

Brendan has an extensive Sales background having been in a Management position for over 15 years. For the last four years he has overseen all operations and staff of Stay at Home Mum and has also started a side product with Tenacious Digital which produces new websites and assists businesses with social media marketing.
Jody is the founder and essence of Stay at Home Mum. An insatiable appetite for reading from a very young age had Jody harbouring dreams of being a published author since primary school. That deep seeded need to write found its way to the public eye in 2011 with the launch of SAHM. Fast forward 4 years and a few thousand articles Jody has fulfilled her dream of being published in print. With the 2014 launch of Once a Month Cooking and 2015’s Live Well on Less, thanks to Penguin Random House, Jody shows no signs of slowing down. The master of true native content, Jody lives and experiences first hand every word of advertorial she pens.
Mum to two magnificent boys and wife to her beloved Brendan; Jody’s voice is a sure fire winner when you need to talk to Mums.
Krystal is the Operations Manager, Campaign Success Guru and the New face of Stay at Home Mum. With over 15 years in the Sales and Marketing Industry Krystal can hustle like nobody’s business. Born 1 of 5 (suffers total middle child syndrome) on an Air Force Base in Ipswich (Yep, the Swich!) Krystal is a self confessed Reality TV Junkie, Shopaholic Brand Tart with a Cringe worthy laugh. She’s a wife to Matt (total hottie) and mother to two teenagers Kailah & Spencer and one year old little person Sophie. Krystal has her fingers firmly on the parenting pulse. Her love of cheeky content and her inappropriate wit keeps us laughing (both with her and at her!) at SAHM HQ.
Nic is Stay at Home Mum’s amazeballs Social Media Director (Facebook addict!) and has been with SAHM since the very beginning. She has a wicked sense of humour and sings beautifully (not really, she is tone deaf, but it doesn’t stop her from belting out a tune in the office!). She’s also an experienced Registered Nurse and our health editor.
She has a teenage daughter and tween son and the tallest husband ever. She is a Gympie girl (ex pat of Orange and Sydney) and likes chocolate, a good wine or two and a bingewatching marathon on Netflix (but no chill….she has kids and no privacy!)
With a wealth of industry knowledge, experience and passion, Journalist Kate Davies is harnessing 10 years of media experience to write engaging and interactive articles for Stay At Home Mum.
Her years of experience working in the media locally, nationally and internationally have given her a unique viewpoint and understanding of this dynamic industry. She has received a number of accolades throughout her career, including APN SC Reporter of The Month in 2013 for April, June and August and The Examiner Newspaper Reporter of the Year in 2010.
Now writing for Stay At Home Mum, Kate’s dedication and passion for her work is depicted in every article she produces, whether that be a straight news piece or a dominating post.
Hailing from a small country town in Tasmania and spending many years travelling the world, Kate now calls the Sunshine Coast home alongside her husband and one-year-old son.
A mum of two, full-on but super cute little boys, Shelley is completely addicted to gentle attachment parenting, loves baby-wearing, fills the role of jersey cow for her youngest child, inhales books about child brain development, is happily married to her partner of 13 years and gets amongst it with the 4 yr olds on kindy parent days.Having worked in all areas of pharmacy her favourite part is – you guessed it- helping people.
She is a Cert III Dispense Technician, has a Diploma of Business Management and has clocked up a whole lot of life experience that is giving her a great edge for writing for Stay At Home Mum.
There is pretty much no job within the business that she isn’t capable of doing. Jemma works for both Stay at Home Mum Pty Ltd and Tenacious Digital, creating amazing websites, assisting with all affiliate marketing campaigns and production manager for all our videos.
Lenz is Jody’s Personal Assistant and Stay At Home Mum’s Content Manager. She helps make posts (and other parts of the SAHM website content) look pretty. Her daily tasks revolve around research, organisation, writing and editing. After years of experience as a local newspaper reporter, several secretarial jobs and working as a VA, Lenz started working here three years ago and has since then helped produce aweSAHM content.
When she’s not working, Lenz enjoys singing for fun, laughing at memes, scrolling through Pinterest, watching TV series or cuddling with her dog. She’s a short/small/tiny girl filled with lots of coffee, optimism and laughter
Jona is in charge of the Graphic Designing. She’s been with SAHM for over 3 years now and is helping tasks in Tenacious Digital as well. Moderating comments and entries in Website are also her tasks.
Lyn is mostly in charge of front-end web development. She has been in the industry for 6 long years now. Her tools of trades are HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Jquery/Javascript and CMS platforms. She deeply cares about making valuable and beautiful sites that help individuals.
While her wife is in charge in front-end, Miguel the geek is in the back-end – coding each custom function the client needs. He customizes theme and plugin functions. Tools he engaged on are HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3/, Jquery/Javascript, CMS Flatforms, PHP, C#, ASP.net, Angular, Yii2 and Laravel. He loves giving solution to clients needs and is always eager to learn.
